19 C 시험은 따로 교육 없이 시험 두개 보는것입니다.
업그레이드 하는 시험도 Oracle 12c 까지는 060 처럼 시험 이름에 upgrade가 들어있었는데
Oracle 19c는 그냥 083(admin2) 시험으로 대체한다고 되어 있네요.
